More beavers released in Cairngorms National Park

A family of beavers has been released at a nature reserve as part of a reintroduction project in the Cairngorms National Park.

The group of three Eurasian beavers includes one pair – a male and female – and one kit.

They have been released at the RSPB Scotland Insh Marshes nature reserve near Kingussie.

The release was overseen by the Beaver Trust, the Cairngorms National Park Authority, RSPB Scotland and Five Sisters Zoo.
